Refund and Returns Policy
At lumonlight.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to address two primary scenarios:
1. **Product Quality or Transportation Damage:** In the unfortunate event of receiving a product with quality issues or damage during transportation, rest assured that we will facilitate a hassle-free return and exchange process at no cost to you.
2. **Customer Preference:** If, for any reason, you find that the lights you ordered don’t quite meet your preferences and it’s not due to a product defect, we kindly ask customers to cover the shipping cost for the return and exchange.
We are confident that your Mooijane.com order will meet or exceed your expectations. However, should you encounter any issues or wish to discuss your order further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can easily get in touch through our contact page or by replying to the shipping update emails. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making things right for you.
To request a return, please contact us via email [email protected], once your return request is approved, then follow the instructions below. We will provide you with a return address in the mail, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs of any merchandise returned.
If The Consumer Causes The Return
If the consumer causes the return, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
- The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
- The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
- The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
- The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
- The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
- The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers are entitled to a return refund in the following cases:
1. The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation
2. This item has not been used and Mooijane 30-day return policy applies
3. Any undelivered items returned to the sender.
4. Any item not delivered within 90 days.
All of the above products are eligible for a full refund and replacement. We cover all costs for the above issues and 100% return/refund guarantee.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or has received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
The item is in the condition it was received by the customer and all parts of the product are included in the return along with the original product packaging and manual. Items requiring assembly should be returned unassembled.
The following issues are not eligible for return refunds:
1. Products that do not qualify for lumonlight 30-day return policy.
2. Purchases of $5,000 or more,
3. Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.
4. Bulb
5. Product not in original condition and packaging
6. Misinterpretation of a product listing despite clearly indicating a non-discounted item.
For items that are not eligible for a return refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And, we’ll deduct up to 70% of the cost + service charge of your refund amount. Any expedited shipping charges you paid for the original order are non-refundable.
We do not accept any unregistered packages and any unregistered packages will be rejected.
Before placing a large quantity or special order or custom product, we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need, including swatches, finished samples, etc.
Return policy
Our policies are effective for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the item based on the tracking number, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. You must inquire within this time frame to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Our returns process
Step 1: Please read our returns policy above to determine if your order is eligible for a refund/return.
Step 2: Submit inquiries to [email protected], including your reason for return. If it is a quality problem, please attach a photo to the email so that we can quickly deal with the problem for you.
Step 3: We will determine the amount of refund you are eligible for based on the reason for your return and the items in your order.
Step 4: We will provide a return address and shipping label instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
Step 5: You ship items at your own expense. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid labels. Please print your order confirmation email and include it in your return package.
Step 6: Notify us by email that you have shipped the package and provide us with the tracking number of the package.
Step 7: We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item.
Refund (if applicable)
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
The time it takes for the refund to arrive usually depends on your bank’s processing speed, which usually takes 7-14 business days.
