All packages are shipped from our factory.

When will the package be shipped?

Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days of your order.

An email with package tracking information will be sent to your email after the shipment is shipped. If you can’t find the email, please check your junk folder, otherwise it may be rejected by your email system, please contact us.

Our orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks (some countries may be longer, if you are unsure, please contact us to check). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us.

Shipping Method: Usually we ship your package to the customs of the country where the order is located by UPS/EMS/China Post Airlines or by ship, and then deliver it to your home after customs clearance.

Shipping: We offer free shipping, all items are shipped free of charge.

What is standard shipping

Standard shipping is free home delivery, for standard shipping we use ocean shipping + local UPS delivery. Orders using standard shipping typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. You do not need to pay any additional fees for standard shipping, all orders can be shipped using standard shipping to our supported shipping destinations, (excluding second delivery failed shipping and return fees).

We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Due to the nature of our business, items may arrive in multiple packages.

What is fast shipping

Fast Shipping Usually we use China Post Airline, EMS, UPS, FedEx or DHL to ship the items, the express usually arrives within 1-2 weeks, and the fastest can receive your items within 7-10 working days.

Note that you pay for express shipping excluding customs duties. Payment of duties and customs charges is your responsibility and we are not responsible for these charges.

Expedited shipping rates vary based on the shipping option you choose, as well as the weight, dimensions, destination and other factors of your order. You can check the exact shipping cost at checkout.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

All prices displayed on our website are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

What are the shipping options? 

Shipping time with Royal Mail Or UPS. Orders are typically received in 10-23 days from date of order. (Door to door You do not need to pay import duties).

UAE United Arab Emirates / Bahrain /Kuwait (China-Middle East air or sea express line express 10-35 days).

RUSSIA (China-Russia Special Line Express 10-30 days).

Most orders are received in 2-3 weeks from order to delivery.

Yes! The express option will incur additional charges, please email us your order and destination and we will calculate the postage.

Changes to estimated delivery date.

We, or our delivery partner(s), will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:

a) let you know;

b) cancel your order; and

c) give you a refund.

If you belong to the United States and Canada, we will deliver to your door via UPS and you don’t need to pay any import duties. (Our freight forwarder will pay your import duties)
